Request Account Deletion
Go-Top users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data using the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the email address linked to your Go-Top account.
- Send the request to support@go-top.net.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address and phone number so we can verify the account.
- Our support team may request additional verification before processing the deletion.
Data deleted
When your request is approved, we delete or deactivate account profile data that is no longer required to provide the service, including login access, app profile information, and non-essential support data associated with the account.
Data we may retain
Because Go-Top provides financial and crypto-related services, we may retain records required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, security, KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, and compliance purposes.
This may include transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records, bank payout records, identity verification records, security logs, and compliance audit records. Retention periods depend on applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Processing time
We aim to review account deletion requests within 7 business days after verifying ownership of the account. Some records may remain for the retention periods described above.
